Are you ready to get off the ground? The Grow Program is designed for individuals who are dedicated to making a difference, and a big one. Based in a grassroots approach, Grow aims to advance progress and innovation for entrepreneurs in Baltimore city and beyond. Professional success, emotional fulfillment, and bettering the world should not be mutually exclusive. We can bridge these often disparate pursuits and move into a more just and prosperous world – together.

By providing uniquely catered services to our members we will be able to guide individuals and their projects through all of the stages of development. Throughout the six month cohort Grow members will receive access to classes, peer support, and direct mentorship through our network of entrepreneurs and advisors. We will assist our members in making those crucial networking connections, finding those big idea moments, and expanding into the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Baltimore and beyond.

Upon acceptance into the Grow program you will meet with one of staff who will help you to establish 6 and 12 month goals. You will be assigned to a peer cohort, who will meet monthly, to provide mutual support and guidance. We will leverage our position as a Hub in the community to build relationships for success and greater visibility.

Financial sustainability of our Grow members is a foremost priority. As people of passion many individuals tend to self-fund in order to keep projects afloat. While this instinct is admirable we believe that fiscal sustainability is vital to the longevity of entrepreneurship. We will work with Grow members to set realistic financial projections and map business growth. We cannot guarantee the traditional success of all our members, but we are dedicated to supporting and developing every individual that enrolls and commits to this program.

There is no universal prescription for success, it’s going to be hard, it’s going to be a struggle, but ultimately it will be made up of the effort of everyone one of our members and staff. There is no one solution to any problem, but with a diversity of ideas and experiences, we can solve even the most complex organizational problems.
