Impact doesn't happen in isolation. Here's how Baltimore's civic and social innovators, community leaders, and mission driven organizations are coming together and celebrating, supporting, and succeeding this month.

Our Impact Hub won the Best Creative Space in Baltimore award by Baltimore Magazine!

Also mark your calendars to celebrate with us at the annual Best of Baltimore party, hosted by Baltimore Magazine on Thursday, August 18 at the Hippodrome Theater. Tickets can be purchased here.
Let's Dance in Baltimore's Schools
Linnea Poole is a Impact Hub member and Community Lead who recently began teaching dance to young girls whose single parents couldn’t afford lessons. Her interactions with these Moms and girls led Linnea to found the ‘Dreaming Beauties’ project which focuses on girls pursuing their passion for dance.

Linnea wants the ‘Dreaming Beauties’ project to advocate for dance to be included in Baltimore academic curriculums and school gymnasiums, just like basketball, football, and soccer. Linnea is an incoming MICA MFA Community Art student, and she teaches dance and theater in Baltimore City, Howard County, and Arlington, VA. Email Linnea, Lpoole@mica.edu, to learn more about the Dreaming Beauties project.

“The Fusiform team knocked on Impact Hub's door looking for office space and instead found a vibrant community of Baltimore's finest thinkers and doers. I feel proud inviting friends, colleagues, and guests to the Impact Hub to show them that this place is going to be the center of the revival of Station North and a major factor in Baltimore's progress.”
- Param Shah, Fusiform Co-founder, CEO
