Worktrade at Impact Hub Baltimore
We build our community by meeting people where they are and providing memberships based on personal goals and expectations. If you’d like to join our community but are worried about costs, we’ve got you covered. One great way to become a part of the Impact Hub community is through one of our worktrade programs. For both the Community Lead and Event Lead positions, you dedicate a few hours each week in exchange for Grow membership in our space. You can learn more about each option below. Interested? Apply to become a Community Lead or Event Lead today!
Community Leads play an important role in day to day community building effort that makes Impact Hub successful and impactful over time. You help to maintain the space and create the conditions for people to work and collaborate on important projects for improving the city. A functional, reliable space forms the foundation for all of our members and guests to do their best work. Community Leads play an integral part of building and connecting an inspiring community every day.

Through this role, Event Leads provide hands on assistance to community partners and clients, learn best practices for running events, and receive support to plan and execute their own events.
