Our Impact Hub Baltimore is a nonprofit and we are committed to remaining affordable and accessible to visionary entrepreneurs and changemakers. We strive to offer Baltimore City residents who are seeking a supportive community, empowering programs, and deserved resources.

Our mission is to advance equity, please join us in demonstrating solidarity by adding a fair income adjustment onto your contribution when you sign up for members who can pay. And please donate to our 10th Anniversary Legacy Fund. Your solidarity contributions protect future opportunities for Baltimore City residents.
Please reference the income-based rate guidelines below. We developed these while inspired by the good folks at AORTA. Our rates are rooted in revenue data from our members and household income data for Baltimore City.
Rate Guidelines for individuals are built for individual members paying out of pocket.
Rate Guidelines for businesses & organizations are built for memberships being paid by an employer.
Employers must pay for each individual employee who needs access to our space.

Impact Hub has 14 private offices, each housing one nonprofit organization or mission-driven company. Affordable pricing starts at $900 per month.
As established initiatives with larger staff and operations, our office tenants serve as valuable anchors to our community and choose to make their rent go further than overhead.
